Purchase terms for Scioto Digital have not been published to this repository yet. Deck section 10 lists them as live at launch alongside Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The material term to document is the credit window: the full $500 Discovery Session fee is credited toward any work that begins within sixty days of the session. That promise appears on the Store page, so it needs a written term behind it.
